Ingredients

  • 3 russet potato, cubed

  • 1 stick butter, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground garlic

  • 3 pieces 9×9 tin foil

Directions

  • Evenly place the potatoes, seasonings, and butter in 3 tin foil.
  • Arrange a bed of coal. Place the potatoes on top of the coal. Surround the potatoes with ember and cover the potatoes with more ember.
